I carefully curated this mini-guide called "Goddesses of Confidence," intended for girls and women of all ages. Inspiration came from my own journey of self-discovery and from navigating hormones and life changes during womanhood, which can cause less self-assurance on some days. This is 14 pages of girly goodness to help you unlock the missing divine feminine energy you have been craving to find within yourself. This isn't about becoming someone else. The value I will provide as a Doula
Conscious Rebirth offers comprehensive doula services—emotional, physical, and informational support—for pregnant women and their partners. The name reflects a commitment to guiding women through a mindful transformation, helping them emerge more confident, empowered, and secure in their pregnancy and birth experience. You'll receive compassionate support, a listening ear, and an advocate who ensures your voice is heard.

Why hiring a doula can benefit your birth experience
Advocate for your birth and right to consent
You will discuss with your doula about what you would like to include or exclude in your birth plan. When it comes time for labor and birth, if needed, your doula will speak up for you when intervention on your or your baby from medical personnel may happen without consent. A doula will also encourage you to speak up for yourself. It is important that you are aware of what is being performed on you.
Reduce your anxiety and boost confidence
Medicated or not, having a doula to show you coping mechanisms to relax your mind and body will help decrease stress and anxiety, which will benefit you and your baby. A doula can also help you heal from previous birth trauma and prepare for a calmer birth experience. You will have tools to help you be more present in the moment instead of worrying too far ahead.
Navigate medical intervention
If you are considered low risk, and you nourish your pregnancy properly, labor and birth can happen naturally when your body and the baby are ready. Medical intervention happens most likely when the unknown concerns people. Intuition kicks in and it should be the mother's choice, however, sometimes medical intervention is necessary when the unexpected occurs.
Help your partner connect
A doula does not replace your partner, unless they cannot attend. Your partner will be shown ways to support you, enabling them to step up and assist you more effectively alongside your doula. Aside from physical techniques, it's helpful to know that emotional connection and non-sexual intimacy between you and your partner are so important for creating a peaceful and inviting space to welcome your baby.
Complete Birth Doula Package
-Complimentary in-person consultation to determine if we are a good match and to personalize when to schedule each appointment. I will tailor to each individual's needs.
-1st Prenatal: Write out your birth plan, and discuss the expectations of me as your doula
-2nd Prenatal: Practice labor positions, find comfort measures that work for you, learn breathing and relaxation techniques
-3rd Prenatal: Visit by 32 weeks to discuss wishes for birth, fears/ concerns, and expectations.
-Unlimited phone/text support from contract signing to week 2 of postpartum
-24/7 on-call support starting 2 weeks before your estimated due date, until baby is born
-1 Postpartum follow-up appointment
-$1,200
Payment plan will be discussed at contract signing.
Virtual Birth Doula
I will offer the same services as the complete doula package without any in-person assistance. All appointments and coaching will be through phone calls, texts, emails, and zoom calls. If you feel as though physical support from a doula will not be necessary for you, I will educate your partner to learn how to play the role. :)

A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee of $200 is due at contract signing to secure services around your due date.
Once a contract is signed, at any time should you decide you no longer want to receive my services, the retainer fee will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

If additional meetings are needed or you would like for me to attend any childbirth education/birthing classes/appointments with you, I would be more than happy to accommodate. Each added appointment will be
$50/ hour.
DISCOUNTS
Active-Duty Military and First Responders
I will offer a 15% discount for first responders and active military families. Please provide proof of active service with an ID card.

Low-income Families or
Single Mothers
You will be offered a personalized discount on my services if you are: single mothers or families in the low income tax bracket.
I just need a simple proof of income such as a tax return, food stamps, or WIC card. Discounts will range from 10%-20%.
